Volvo Xc60 owners can expect to find new cabin options that can help them enjoy a more comfortable ride in the new Volvo X50, according to a report in the Times of Indian.
Volvo is the first carmaker to announce a cabin overhaul in the X50 since the new generation was introduced in 2016.
Volvo X 50 owners can now expect a new design with new materials, interior and technology.
Volvo plans to launch a new exterior design with the X60, which will feature a “lighter” design.
Volvo’s new interior design is described as “a more spacious and comfortable design, that can be used as a rear-facing or a rear view mirror”.
Volvo X60 owners will be able to enjoy a “larger space” in the front seats, the report added.
The new X60 interior will be equipped with a “further-improved” rearview camera system that will “give an increased view from the driver’s side of the vehicle”.
Volvo is also set to introduce a new dashboard system for the XC70.
Volvo said the new XC90 will have a new interior with “a new look, feel and functionality”.
Volvo’s XC50 and XC80 are expected to remain unchanged in 2018, but Volvo has yet to announce new Xc90 models.
